Deliveries in the UK

We offer free delivery on all online hearing aid purchases within the UK only. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location. If there
are any delays, we will notify you immediately. All deliveries are fully insured and
tracked for your peace of mind.
Your hearing aids will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If your
order does not arrive securely within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch
notification, please contact us promptly.


Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting your items immediately to ensure
they meet your expectations. In the rare event of non-delivery due to an error by
Discount-Hearing or our courier, you may choose between a full refund or a re-
delivery.


Damages During Transit

We ask that you carefully inspect your hearing aids upon arrival. If your order is
defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We are committed
to resolving any issues swiftly and ensuring your satisfaction.


Returns Policy


We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hearing aids, starting from the date
they are delivered to your address. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you can return it within this period for a full refund.
As the customer, you will be responsible for the postage costs when returning the
hearing aid(s) to us.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident in your
purchase, knowing that we stand behind the quality of our products.


How to Return Your Hearing Aids:



1. Contact Us:
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@discount-hearing.com to
receive detailed return instructions from one of our team.
Include your order number along with then name on the order and a brief explanation for the
return in a letter, and ideally, attach a copy of the original invoice to
ensure smooth processing.

2. Arrange Shipping:
Use a reputable courier service to send the item(s) back to us. Make
sure to adequately insure the package for its full value and choose a
tracked postage service.
o Once the item has been sent, please email us the proof of postage
provided by the courier or post office quoting your Authorisation Return
Code.

3. Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will conduct an inspection.
Provided there are no breaches of our Terms of Sale (such as physical
damage, cracks, moisture damage, or improper use), we will process
your refund promptly.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and
your refund has been issued.

Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your
account after we have approved your refund.
