Terms of Purchase

The following terms and conditions govern any order and subsequent purchase of goods or services from Discount-Hearing. Please read them carefully. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Customer Obligations By placing an order with Discount-Hearing, you confirm:
• You are aged 18 or over.
• You have had a hearing assessment within the past 6 months, including case history, otoscopy, and a hearing test.
• You understand that you are purchasing hearing aids that will be programmed to your audiogram, without an in-person appointment.
• You will submit a valid audiogram before your hearing aid purchase is accepted.
• You are purchasing these hearing aids for personal use only.
2. Orders for Goods Orders must be placed through the website at www.discount-hearing.com or by telephone at 0800 772 0812. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from Discount-Hearing. We may acknowledge receipt of this offer via email (for online orders) or verbally (for telephone orders). Acceptance of your hearing aid order occurs once your payment is processed, and our in-house audiologist reviews and authorizes the order. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided via email or verbally.
3. Limitations of Supply While we strive to fulfil all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of goods due to reliance on manufacturers. If your ordered goods become unavailable, we will discuss options with the manufacturer and communicate reasonable delivery times to you. You may choose to receive an alternative hearing aid or a refund. If we cannot contact you, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued. Acceptance of your hearing aid order is at the sole discretion of our in-house audiologist, who may:
• Request a copy of your latest audiogram.
• Contact your audiologist to verify or discuss your hearing test results.

If additional information is requested and not provided within 30 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

1. Prices and Payment We strive for accurate pricing on our website. The price you pay is the retail price shown in your basket, inclusive of VAT. In the event of a pricing error, our audiologist will contact you to explain the mistake. You may then choose to accept the correct price or cancel your order.
